Knight Guard Corporation
Knight Guard; Never Alone
Knight Guard is a new patent pending technology, in its early development stage, that will allow its users to utilize “active”, non-lethal defense mechanisms to repel attackers and alert law enforcement officials without being detected by the attacker. Instantly local law enforcement authorities know a person is in dire straights; help is on the way.
We are a communication platform technology that will allow for covert communications between wireless devices and smart equipment.
Knight Guard is seeking equity funding through the SEC’s Rule 506(c), Regulation D exemption. As such, the SEC requires us to verify that only Accredited Investors (AI) are allowed to invest in our firm.
If you are an accredited investor, please provide us with your CPA's name, firm name and email address by clicking the link below. We will forward the SEC checklist to your CPA so they may validate that you are an accredited investor per SEC rules and regulations as they apply to this offering. (Unfortunately the SEC no longer allows accredited investors to self validate.) Once your CPA has remitted a copy to us we will provided you with our abridged Private Placement Memorandum Offering.

If you are not an accredited investor, we welcome your interest! Thank you. However, please understand that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (usually referred to as The SEC) sets forth rules and regulations for the sale and purchase of both Public and Private Equity (stock and ownership in a company). Recently the SEC has allowed private companies to advertise equity sales under certain conditions.
Knight Guard is using the SEC’s new Rule 506(c) under it’s Regulation D, promulgated through the 2014 JOBS act, for our advertising purposes; and as such the SEC requires us to prove the AI status of a respondent / investor.
We greatly appreciate all respondents interest in our efforts to enhance personal and law enforcement security.
